End User License Agreement

License Grant

CourtMix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the CourtMix mobile application ("App") for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CourtMix and is protected by intellectual property laws. The CourtMix name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of CourtMix.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Firebase (Google), Apple Push Notification Service, and Google Cloud Messaging. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use. You agree that the App may automatically download and install updates.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
