Nineteen indoor pickleball courts fill the old Sam's Club on S McCaslin, open since June 2025, with outdoor courts too. Indoor court time runs $48 an hour, outdoor $24, and open play is $10 per person per hour. Memberships exist but are not required. Eight chef-led food stalls, a bar, and a coffee shop share the building.
